WHO AM I?
I’m AJ. I am a filmmaker and 3D visualization specialist with a Master’s degree in Architecture from The Ohio State University. I started my career making indie films, eventually starting my professional career as an architectural designer, specializing in multifamily, commercial, and retail projects. However, after working with several developers, I realized that the real decisions were being made without me, and I wanted to be more involved in the decision-making process.
I started working for an independent real estate developer that primarily served retail clients, where I was introduced to the entire development process and saw firsthand the importance of conveying a clear vision and feel for a project as early as possible. I never stopped making videos and even developed new technologies and techniques for 3D rendering rarely seen in architecture or development.
Seeing firsthand the challenges developers faced when trying to share their vision, I decided to focus on real estate development and founded Light Fox Media. Today, I focus solely on producing visuals and telling stories that secure investment earlier, pass public votes the first time around, and ultimately make a community excited for a project. Light Fox isn’t just a media company, it’s a personal passion born to help developers shape a brighter future.
